1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return items if:

They are unused and in their original packaging.

They have no signs of wear or damage.

They are returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:

Items marked as final sale or personalised products cannot be returned.

Gifts can be returned if the above conditions are met, but original gift receipts should be included.
2. How to Make a Return

Fill in the return form with your order number and reason for return.

Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

Attach the prepaid returns label we will provide.

Drop off the package at your nearest courier or arrange for collection.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
